re-do f/w

so i redid my f/w install cuz my cydia etc kept crashing on refresh. all apps fonts etc have been moved w/ boss press and all that but i need to resize my system disk but i am on win and no winpwn or anything is updated for f/w 2.1+ is there any command line commands i can run to resize?
