Heres my problem in a nutshell...

*phone dropped in water
*I dried it out and everything already
*Now it just stays at apple logo and then reboots itslef and goes back to apple logo
*i tried ssh but im probly did it wrong idk
*Tried going to apple and they new it was water damaged so i couldnt get it replaced
*my computer doesnt recognize it neither does itunes.

Its toast bro.

You can start by replacing the flex cable inside the phone, you may get lucky and thats all that shorted out.....however theres a good chance the mobo fried also. Or more....

Bad thing with water damage, hard to tell how toasted it is until you open it up and start messing with it.

But aside from selling it on ebay and buying another....thats your only choice.
