Default updating to 2.2 already have restore file, how?

I already have the 2.2 restore file. Is there a way to manually update to 2.2 using the file.

I tried hitting CTRL and some buttons. What's the right combination?

The only reason I'm saying this is b/c I'm at work right now and I'm tethering my iPhone to my laptop. The connection will take Eons to download the update file.

All you have to do is press Shift+Restore. It will then pop up a box that will let you select the firmware that you have already downloaded.
