Stuck on apple logo. Should I DFU or click Restore?

My iphone is jailbroken. I was messing with some apps in SSH mode and I had to do a restart and now it's stuck on apple logo. I plugged the phone into computer with iTunes opened. Phone is on apple logo right now. Should I click Restore in iTunes or should I take the DFU method? Is there a difference?

Restore.

Use DFU if the computer wont restore the phone otherwise. But it doesnt matter if you go that route or not, same difference.
