I've searched quite a bit and have come up with nothing. I was wondering if anyone could link me to a reliable custom 2.2 firmware for the 1st generation iPhone. I have a 1st gen 8gb iphone unlocked and jailbroken running on t-mobile.

on 1st gen phone, all u have to do is update it with itune, the use quickpwn 2.2, check unlock, cydia, installer if u need it. just like it was before.

Spherical Puma - Im at the same position as you - did u get it working by upgrading to 2.2 in itunes and then using quickpwn to unlock and activate?

Where if i am going to user this technique do i find the 3.9 and 4.6 bls from?

weird -i downloaded a 2.2 restore ipsw ,shift clicked update in itunes - and everything just worked, didnt even need to use quickpwn!?!?!?!?
