iPhone 3G upgrade from 2.0.2 to 2.1

Hi all,

I have an iPhone 3G, Jailbreak 2.0.2 and I want to upgrade to 2.1.

What steps shall I take without losing all the stuff i downloaded and all my contact, sms and note to upgrade to 2.1?

Upgrade through iTunes if you don't want the 2.1 jailbroken.
If you want the 2.1 jailbroken then you can't save any of that.
