Alright basically my keyboard is all messed up. I have a Vista theme loaded up on my iPhone, but in some screen shots I came across of the theme, I saw a black computer-like keyboard, and really wanted it. So I downloaded a few different Vista Themes hoping to find it, and Vista Perfection 3.5 had it. There were 3 files under a folder titled UIKit.framework, [Keyboard-Common.artwork, Keyboard-Latin.artwork, Other.artwork] so what I did was install it in the phones system files itself, not installing it through my themes folder. So I want to System/Library/Frameworks/UIKit, and dropped those 3 files in it after copying the original ones to my desktop. Then when I did a respring the keyboard came up totally black, not being able to see 1 key. So then I transferred back the original files over and set my original macbook air keyboard on, and it looks fine but when a word auto-corrects, there's a small black square beside the word, and then also I can't zoom into the words by holding my finger in between a set of letters anymore, and when I went back to the stock keyboard it's all black again. So maybe I accidentally misplaced the original keyboard files with the vista keyboard files? Anybody have any ideas?

You quite possibly got files mixed up. I would look around for the correct stock files for your firmware.

You also have to remember that the keyboard files changed with firmware versions, so in other words some keyboard themes will NOT work with your phone. Which was probably why you were experiencing problems.

Yeah I was just told that the keyboard I wasn't ported to the 2.x Firmware. Can you possibly upload those 3 stock files? Because I did happen to overwrite them, so I'm guessing they're gone on my computer.





This is what it's looking like, which is odd because I took the 3 files out of the recycle bin that I deleted, compared them with the ones in the Vista Perfection 3.5 folder and they're different in file size. So I'm getting no luck, this really sucks =/
