locked on 2.1, plz link to guide to unlock, activate and jailbreak 2.1 from 2.1

hey, i reacently "broke" my iphone, so i had to restore, am now at 2.1 but its locked, and ive been searching but cant find any guide to unlock, activate and jailbreak 2.1 from 2.1.
could anyone plz post a link to such a guide. i would like a guide for how to do it on a mac. but if theres only for windows, or its easiest on windows, thats ok, cause ive got windows aswell
