HELP! - Stuck at Penguin | Cant get into DFU | Found new Hardware

Had: 2.02 Update JailBroken 3G
Wanted: 2.1 Update

Phone rebooted and stuck at the Penguin. I have tried to get into DFU mode and I can't do it, instead I get Found New Hardware and Windows doesnt install anything

Removed 8.0 Itunes, cleaned up and then installed 7.7

Foe DFU Mode
I turn the phone off
Hold the Middle and Power Button, wait for 10 seconds then release the power, the pwned rainbow comes and keep holding the middle button for another 7 secs but by that time the penguin is up and no go with itunes

I am tired trying, any service out there which would fix this or some expert can tell me

There are many people with same issue, like this guy on itunes - I have the exact same problem

Upgrade to itunes 8.0.1

Have itunes open with the iphone connected with the power off

Hold both power and home buttons

When the apple appears on the iphone let go of the power button

Keep holding the home button until itunes detects your iphone in recovery mode

Then RESTORE your iphone and run quickpwn 2.1

I came home and connected the phone to the PC and this is what I get

So itunes is the culprit but I installed the sucker like 3 times already
