Jailbreak UK O2 2.1 3G. Can anyone point me in the right direction

I have a Jailbroken US 3G and my sister from the UK wants to bring hers over and have my jailbreak it for her. But despite my research I can not find answers to a few simple question, I would greatly appreciate if anyone can help me.

Is there a method to Jailbreak O2 3G's? Can it be done the same way as the US 3G or will that cause a problem with the O2 network?

Can anyone point me in the right direction, the right jailbreak gui software, a guide maybe.

I'm using a PC, although I do have a mac if needed but my sister will be using iTunes on a PC if that makes any difference.

You can use QuickPWN to jailbreak the O2 3G iPhone the same as any other iPhone - no problems and the guide here on MMi should help you. Just for clarification, if you were asking in regards to an unlock though, the 3G cannot currently be unlocked.

Do it the same way you did yours. The OS on all iphone 3Gs is the same

Great, thanks. No I don't need to unlock it, just want to make sure it will still work fine with the O2 network once she takes it back to the UK.
