    Default Winpwn and Quickpwn differences

I know when Winpwn is used (I've used it once before) but in what situations is Quickpwn used in? Can someone please explain the differences between the two apps? And also the aftermath with respect to what's left on the device (is it like factory-fresh but with Cydia or does Quickpwn not remove any file off the device)?

Winpwn creates a firmware to restore a device with, with this you lose anything you currently have on it (and you have to resync all your stuff)

QuickPwn just unlocks your device so you don't lose anything you currently have on it (and don't have to resync all your stuff)
