iPhone firmware 2.1 bug??

As with most I've updated to 2.1

Here I realised that when I sync my iPhone to iTunes there is a new green coloured box at the Legend on the bottom of the iTunes page named Apps. I have some apps installed but my iPhone capacity bar only shows Audio (blue) and Video (purple) but no green??

Does your Apps (green bars) show??

Here it shows the Apps in green ( on my phone 313MB ).

Its a jailbroken 3G with quickpwn on FW 2.1 and no Problems at all.

mine showed my apps once and I have never seen them since? No biggy though
