jailbreak problem

ok heres the deal .. i downloaded the new software update and as soon as i did my phone says please connect to itunes and it gets all screwed so i do a restore and install the new update

i go back to do jailbreak and the phone get stuck on the screen please connect to itunes while trying to jailbreak and cmd just says booting iphone.. and is stuck there

someone plz help .. i tried to jailbreak on my pc which is where i first did the jailbreak and it says pairing error things didnt work out. i have no idea what else to do
