unlocked 1.1.4 to regular 2.0.2

heres my situation:

i bought an unlocked and jailbroken 1st generation iphone running 1.1.4. i have at&t and i want to upgrade my phone to everything current all while resetting everything so i can start of fresh. where do i start? i'd still want to have it jailbroken, but i dont really see the need for having it unlocked....can anybody point me in the right direction. or show the right tutorial page. thanks in advance.

I would say Just restore to 2.0.2 and then Pwn it.

I have done this to many phones and have had luck each time.

i'm doing the exact same thing. i just upgraded my itunes and plugged the phone to the pc. it prompted me if i wanted to upgrade. i am doing so at this very moment. my only concern is that my sim will no longer work since it was not activated as a sim working on an iphone.
