    but my question is : after i jailbreak will i be able to restore from my backup and still keep cydia and installer?

    40 legit apps + cydia + installer... all together after i jailbreak i do restore from backup?

    You should be able to get your backup back. But just be sure...do a sync with iTunes so that iTunes will have the latest info.
