What i want to do is to jailbreak so i can get cydia on my itouch

ok so upgraded Ipod touch to 2.0.2. im on a PC
i got quickpwn from blog.iphone-dev.org
I start quickpwn, choose the correct type of devise (Itouch) and then click next (the arrow). i have no idea what to do next though. It tells me to look for something but i have no idea what it is im supposed to browse for

Any help here PLEASE!?
