how to upgrade from 1.1.4 jailbroken to non-jailbroken 2.0.1?

so I have a 1.1.4 jail broken phone but I'm just payin for data since I need it now and I'd rather not mess with the jailbreaking and all that anymore so can I just use itunes to do a factory restore/update to 2.0.1 or do I need to go back somehow to 1.1.4 first? if so how do i do that/where do I find the image of the phones software?
