I have a Iphone version 1 with 1.1.1, unlocked. IMEI: 01 130100 Firmware 04.01.13_g

I have had the phone for a year with no problems at all. I was just flicking through installer and downloaded a summerboard theme and updated my community sources, then went to make a phone call and got call failed.

I have full signal strength and carrier name. My sim works in my old phone. I can make calls randomly...

I have done some searching but havent found any solutions to this problem, it seems that most people with a similar problem say their signal strength drops in and out, mine does not it is full all the time but still says 'call failed'

Forget all that, as it turns out it was my local Network had dropped out.
