I noticed that a new software version is available for my iphone which is currently jailbroken and 1.1.3 version firmware... if i upgrade to the new version will I...

lose all my ringtones, added with iphoneringtonemaker
lose all my games
lose customize and all the changes that i have made to the appearance of the phone with the program

thats all, because i was checking out the webapps store but if they dont let me keep the things that i've become attached to (especially customize) then i'll wait to upgrade

If you already synced with iTunes prior to the update, your ringtones will remain. Games?? They would be gone as the games developers have to re-compile the code for 2.0.

Also, Installer.app does not work under 2.0 yet. Only Cydia works and Cydia has only NES emulator. I could be wrong about this, but that's what I read about Installer.app and 2.0

Not sure what customization you made with what program.

AppStore interface looks so much better .. not to mention has better quality apps than what's available under Installer.app. Some of the free apps found on Installer.app now cost money on the AppStore.
