1.1.4, jailbroken and unlocked, wish to revert to factory settings

I am currently running a first generation 1.1.4 iPhone purchased just the other day off eBay, no idea what the OTB firmware was.
But if it is any help, the modem firmware is 04.04.05_G

Okay here's how it is as of now, I downloaded BootNeuter, and this is what it told me:

Version 3.9
Neuter Off
FakeBlank Off
Unlock On

I wish to restore this to legitimate Apple firmware so I can upgrade to 2.0, how do I go about doing this?

And does anybody know if an everyday o2 PAYG sim will work with iPhone to activate it?
If not, even though PwnageTool 2.0 is not out yet, do you think I could activate the iPhone at 1.1.4, then upgrade to 2.0?
Hmm.
I probably over think things.
But I really do need help as I have no idea what I'm doing.

No sim will work except AT&T if you restore the phone and re-lock it. And there is NO jailbreak or unlock method for 2.0 yet.

If you wanna use an o2 sim, leave it how it is.

I am British, we do not have AT&T, our iPhones are locked to O2.

And you still did not answer my question.
I wish to relock and virginize etc.
How do I do this?

If you have no idea what you're doing then just leave it as it is.

It already has legitimate iphone firmware

And no, you can't activate it then upgrade.

Actually it does not have legitimate firmware, it has custom firmware on it, and I can confirm this from the seller.
It has many mods on it.
