My Jail borken iphone wont make calls!

I bought a brand new 1.1.2 iphone about a month ago. I'm hooked up with at&t and i decided that i wanted to unlock my iphone. i downgraded it and installed installer.exe but my phone wont pick up service call or send text messages. i dont want to jack up my plan with at&t so it would really help me if u guys no how to fix this.

hmmm was it 1.1.2 OTB - = out of the box but jus checking sometimes when u buy from ebay or something .. the phone could be brand new but may have been upgraded n stuf..?

whats the modem firmware ? --

yeah it was 1.1.2 otb when i bought it from the at&t store. my modem firmware is 04.04.13_G
