i have an unlocked iphone 1.1.2. can i go ahead and install the installer app? do i still need to jailbreak or ibrick? (sorry i dont what jailbreak or ibrick means or does lol) thanks

You need to jailbreak your phone, which will also automatically add the Installer.app

Just download and extract the file. Connect your iPhone to your computer and if you have a PC, double click on jailbreak.bat or if you have a Mac just double click on jailbreak.jar and follow the directions.
