    Default Hardware issue

    I think I have a hardware issue my phone completely freezes and stays locked on the locked page and randomly restarts. It only works when I restore/unlock/activate it but even then after like an hour it freezes up again.

    Is there a way for me to prepare my phone to send it back to apple?
