    It's easy!
Connect your phone to your PC/Mac, open iTunes. iTunes will ask you if you'd like to upgrade to 1.1.4 click yes and you're good to go!

i have found something on installer called 1.1.4 jailbreak+apps. it is a soft update from 1.1.2 to 1.1.4. the source is bhockey720's repo. i was wondering if anyone new if it was safe or it works?

Yes, and once you've upgraded with iTunes, you can simply jailbreak/unlock with iLiberty+ (I won't say the Z word because it seems to cause a hissy fit with many people).
Get "iPod & iTunes for Dummies", it'll change your life.

    You had better believe it

Microsoft owns the internet through Hotmail. The .HTML is short for Hotmail, so all .HTML files are MS files.
