am i correct that u can't install jailbreak after uve updated ur ipod??
how do you reverse it?
i'm trying to load jailbreak and get stuck on "booting ipod"
and iphoneinterface doesn't even stay open for more then half a second, it always closes on its own when u open it. but when i goto cmd and go through to the exe it stays up , says iphone is activated and then the third line says Problem starting AFC: -402653150
???? help!! thanks in advance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not sure of the problem you are having, I was able to jailbreak just fine after the update...
I did restore....Then update....Then opend up CMD....typed in jailbreak.exe....it did its thing....I was done. Maybe give it more time and see if it loads through.
Also, the jailbreak.exe app may or may not suddenly close by itself, if it does, then that may be a sign that it did its thing...Just open up Manzana and see if it shows you all the directories.

i was goofing and i didn't make a root directory, C drive / phonedmg and unarchieve all the files into it. u have to get that iphoneupdate file, and change it from the stupidfilename it comes with, into .zip and unpackage it into that dir. tahts why it wasn't sending the files in jailbreak to the iphone and just freezing on me...works great now?weird
