IPHONE not syncing or the Bluetooth is not working

Dear Gurus,

Hi. I need help I just bought Iphone from one of my friends who bought two and was not using one they were unblocked and now on version 1.1.1(3A109a). There is problem as the bluetooth is not working and even when I want to sync it with I tunes it doesnt show on teh left side and all the drivers do get installed and onbce i try to rung the diagnostic there is an error. Kindly help me out its very improtant as transferring conatct manually is problem and going to take long time and one other main issue is while driving if we cannot use bluetooth then its another serious issue. Is there a way out or m I stuck with it.

iphone bluetooth doesn't work in transferring files. it only work with headphone or speakers.

Your favorite Apple, iPhone, iPad, iOS, Jailbreak, and Cydia site.
