Where is the folder with the firmware?

hey guys, i have a bone stock 1.0.2 iphone but i decided that im going to upgrade to 1.1.1 and start modding again. anyway, i DLed the 1.1.1 firmware but i forgot the location of the folder to where the firmware is stored. can anyone help me locate it. (this is for windows) TIA
