Please name off a few that you know are out there and any pros and cons about them that you know of. I do want the iPhone to be as fully functional as possible. I also would like to add little games and other apps if that matters. Thanks in advance for the help.
I have heard of winpwn and iliberty. Are these the most popular or stable? Any experiences with them you can share?

Congrats on the new iphone. I have a Mac and a WinXP machine. I originally jailbroke mine on iliberty, it worked great, but wanting to try something different, I used the pawnage tool on the Mac. Both worked fine and left me with a fully working iphone. I am using a prepaid tmobile sim card. I you are already on tmobile, you can just take the sim card from your old phone and plug it into the jailbroken, unlocked iphone. After you do the jailbreak, unlock, etc. My recommendations is to install cydia : apptapp.saurik.com .(This will be in addition to your installer). Cydia will replace the bsd with a {In my opinion) much better version.
