Ok so I just downgraded to 1.1.1 and I went to jailbreakme.com and went down to the install appsnapp and it just takes me back to the main iPhone menu. I dont have WIFI were Im at im just trying to do it from the phones internet could that be the reason? or do i maybe need to do something else b4 i can jailbreak it.

Yes you need to have access to WIFI. Pretty sure you can't do it over edge

How can you POSSIBLY do this through edge,if your iPhone is not unlocked?

I dont know how to jailbreak 1.1.4 I thought the only to jailbreak was to start at 1.1.1

Just restore your iPhone in iTunes,then download Ziphone ( www.ziphone.org ),open it and click DO IT ALL! After that,you will have:unlocked/activated/jailbroken 1.1.4 iPhone...

after that will the installer be installed?

You just need an internet to download firmware and Ziphone (doesnt matter WiFI or regular).
Installer will be AUTOMATICLY installed.

ok im going to try that right now I have ziphone already installed i had to use that to downgrade

Ok,simply get your phone into DFU mode with Ziphone and click restore. after that press DO IT ALL.

ok so i did it and i now have the ziphon link and installer on my home page so thats good right?

my main thing im tryin to get is summerboards i can now get those through installer right? will installer now work through edge or do i still need WIFI

oh god. its apple pie again out to destroy more peoples iphones.

use iLiberty+ or something. or pwnage tool, or winpwn.

ziphone manually changes your mac addy on ur wifi and causes problems all around the world.

edit: to late

jus click and hold an icon, you'll see them all wiggling n stuff. click the X on that Zorro icon to get rid of it. you don't need that.

open installer. and start downloading stuff. edge is fine

My goal is simple i just want to be able to do summer boards what is the best way to do so?

What the hell does unlocked have to do with anything? Would you like to rephrase what you are trying to say?

And why do you keep telling everyone to upgrade? I think you are taking this **** a little too serious, try leaving your computer or phone alone for awhile!
