I'm following the guide posted here:
When I run bbupdater i get the following printout:
# ./bbupdater -v
pinging the baseband...
eep version: EEP_VERSION:207
eep revision: EEP_REVISION:7
If I continue on and run the next part:
# ./bbupdater -f ./ICE03.14.08_G.fls -e ./ICE03.14.08_G.eep
i get the following print-out:
ProcessDetailUpdated: Sending end-pack.
ProcessOutlineUpdated: Process time was 2 min 3 sec.
Error: Failed to download .FLS: Could not verify downloaded image.
Does anybody know whats going on? Any chance you guys can help me out? Thanks a lot.

Downgrade/Restore your firmware to V1.02 (follow revans guide for that)
Use iBrickr and upload the saviour pack files in /usr/bin
Install PXL from iBrickr
Install Mobile terminal VT100 and then BSD subsystem(this might take a while)
Open Terminal application from your phone
Type "cd /usr/bin" ENTER
"launchctl unload -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist"
(Make sure your follow the UPPERCASE) ENTER
Type "chmod +x bbupdater" ENTER
Type "bbupdate -v" ENTER
Type "bbupdater -e ICE03.14.08_G.eep -f ICE03.14.08_G.fls" ENTER
This might take a while
Then type "bbupdater -v" ENTER to make sure you have succesfully downgraded your baseband to V3.14.08
Then type "launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist" ENTER
