Jailbreak/Activation on Windows without Wifi?

Please, if there is a guide or anything to Jailbreak and Activate 1.1.1 on windows, post it here.

Well I managed to jailbreak using touchfree without wifi. But i still don't know how to transfer files to my iphone after jailbreak without wifi on my computer .... if anyone knows please let me know how!

iPhoneBrowser or iBrickr should be able to transfer files once the phone is jailbroken. Do they not work?
