Not able to Downgrade to 1.0.2

Hi I am not able to down grade to 1.0.2...

I am using itunes version 7.3.2.6
and when the itunes recognise the phone in restore mode.
I firt press shift and then select firmware for downgrading to 1.0.2

then it says...extracting file... and then it says not able to resotre the phone due to unkonw error at1.

were did you get you restore(1.0.2) file cause that could be the problem !!!!
