iPhone 4 CDMA is asking for SIM??? Please Help
I have a 16Gb iPhone 4 (Verizon Model) CDMA, I did a fresh restore and all of the sudden it is asking me for a sim card?? The CDMA model does not have a sim slot and Apple is baffled by this as well.. Anyone have any suggestions?

Did you download the correct firmware? It should be "iPhone3,3_7.1_11D167_Restore.ipsw"

Yes it picks the firmware automatically through iTunes...

I would try downloading the firmware to your desktop and do a hold shift, click restore and point to the firmware. It's worth a try anyway.

Calling in reinforcements. I have asked a couple of other Mods. Hopefully they may have an answer.
