Do CMAS alerts observe your sound settings?
Within Settings > Notifications > Government Alerts, I have Amber & Emergency alerts turned on. Does anyone know if these observe the current sound settings on the phone (iPhone 5)? For example, if I have my phone on silent, will the alerts be silent?
