    Hello

    When I send a picture in iMessage, it says delivered, but it never actually gets to the person, if anyone can help that would be great. Whenever I try to send as a text message, it gets to the other persons phone like this. It is very frustrating as I cannot send pictures, only through E mail. I've tried turning imessage on and off, and doing hard reboots and nothing... iPhone 4S 5.1.1

    BOTH of you need to have iMessage turn ON and fully activated in order to work!
