Need help for iPhone 5 from Verizon and sprint
Friends,I have search read on several forums that iPhone 5 from Verizon are GSM unlock from out of the box but not Sprint iPhone 5 ,my brother is bringing two iPhone 5 from USA one is Verizon and other is Sprint under contract,can he use these both iPhone in pakistan on GSM network or do we have to get those phones unlock specially SPRINT iPhone
Your help and guidance in detail will be appreciated. And thanks in advance.

The Verizon one should work fine as that is unlocked. The sprint one however you will need to get unlocked. You can try one of those IMEI unlocking sites like officialunlocks.com but not sure if they can do an iPhone 5 on sprint.

Thanks Simon for your prompt response,but if the bill is not paid and It will become phone with bad ESN can it be still use on GSM network in overseas.

Get it unlocked first before 'not paying the bill'. Once you are in your home country their network unlock will be permanent. Though you'll have a hard time getting a new sprint account
