Don't know if was coincidence or not but I upgraded multi cleaner and iPhoto folders and when restarted no apps (every single app including app store) will not open I even tried in safe mode and none will open.

Any ideas... I can't uninstall these updates either...

In safemode, disable the apps you think might be causing the issues in sbsettings & re-spring... You should be able to determine what's causing the issue from there.

But if you are in safemode, you should be able to use sbsettings?

You can go into mobile substrate addons & disable apps from there
