There really isn't. If you want a trustable Spire server ya gotta be willing to spend some loot. Did it work?

its better than with spire on....well it seems motion does make lag in some point altho i only use 2 effects on it...strange thing is when i still have spire and uninstall motion it has no lag ......or it could be coz i use 5x4 icon on ma springboard and on ma deck has 7 icons this might be consume some lag with motion

That's probably causing your lag. Lots of MobileSubstrate tweaks can cause SpringBoard to lag.

So I'm looking for a background changer. One I can set fur different screens. Also looking for more advanced options for camera/picture/videos. Videos break down Into frame by frame. I want more options to work with lol
Any ideas?

There's apps on the App Store like Camera+ for Camera. I don't think there's such a tweak for the background though.
