Funny thing is i own a mac and have friends who have macs but i wanna build a hackintosh. I like to make things. if u create something brings alot of pride to the table in the end and u learn alot in the process. its a shame apple dont part out more of there products.

Here is my hackintosh running 10.6.7:
Mobo: Asus M4A9T Deluxe
GPU: EVGA GTX 460 768 MB
Ram: 4GB
CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 865 BE@ 3.4GHz (Can be OC'ed to 4GHz or a little more).
PSU: 750 Watt
HDD's: 1TB Macintosh HD, 640 GB Media Drive
Mine runs very good as long as I have a low quality video looping in the background. If I don't have a video looping my video card will cause the system to freeze. Other than that it's pretty awesome. I used Hazards 10.6.2 Distro and Legacy Kernel for it to work! I'm currently building another hackintosh for my mother but I will get an Intel CPU and hope I can get retail Lion to install when it comes out!
