Well, it's a disadvantage when it comes to running certain apps, and just for overall performace. For instance iMovie, and Toast Titanium, just don't launch. iMovie says you need QE, toast just bounces in the dock and crashes. iDVD works fine, untill its time to burn the disk, and it crashes when it's about to burn. But as long as some USB device is plugged in, it runs rather quick, not too much lag. I guess though, to me it doesn't matter that much, because OS X, is OS X. And thats just awesome
