Press the house should take you to the Mobile directory from there tap Media then DCIM then 100Apple and look for it there

Tried that but that only shows images and video saved to the camera roll. Thanks for your response.

Try myTunes on Cydia, it scans your iPod library at reboot and makes a list of all your music and video files in its own folder which can then be seen with iFile
