I have the roms in:
var/mobile/meda/roms/Psx
and the bios (lower case) scph1001.bin
saved in:
applications/psx4all.app

User: read, write, execute.
Group: read, execute
World: read, execute

The games still won't load. They crash right after the Sony start up screen.
