Disturbing black box (lockscreen) and dock shadow.

How do i get rid of it? Help would be appreciated

This is how my lock screen looks like, i manage somehow to get a black box in the middle. I've tried to turn off all the themes on winterboard already :S

On my homescreen i have the shadow, cant seem to get rid of it as well... I've tried to remove the wallpaper by editing the N18AP file(by setting wallpaper to false) and at the same time use a utility to display my background. It worked but the background had the wrong resolution and was placed really weird.
