Rearranging icons and CategoriesSB folders

New to JBing...

I have CategoriesSB installed... so I have some folders. With iTunes, I cannot seem to rearrange my icons and folders, nor put them in new window/springboard.

I thought I had seen an app that can do this, but can seem to remember the name of it. I think you can move them right on screen.
Is there app that does this?

None that I know of, but there might be one. I just added the apps I wanted in the order I placed them in my folder.
