my iphone is full of pictures how can i get them out from my iphone i wanna download all the photos to my pc i wanna them out of my iphone how can i do that i have la 3000 pictures please any advise my iphone is 3g not jailbroken will appreciate any help please thanks in advance

You can use itunes to sync them up in your computer. ?It is a very easy process. Sometimes I get to sync many files to my computer as my iphone memory get full of files.

It is true itunes behaves as the ultimate portal for transferring information to sync information to and from the iPhone. So when iTunes opens after you plug in your phone then on the left bar near the purchases and store you' should see your phone and then click on that and go under photos and your images should be there.
