Where to find appstore apps in WinSCP

Does anybody know where to locate the file/folder so I can see the apps I've downloaded from the app store in winscp. I have to rename a couple in order to match a theme.

In my application folder in winscp the only apps that do appear are the ones the originally comes with the iphone and the ones i've downloaded from cydia.

If you just need proper app names for your icons.....just turn all themes off and use the app labels from the springboard....naming your icons to match exactly.
