Folder location of photo albums?

I have pictures in a separate 'photo album' on my phone. I'd like to know where in the phones file system those files are kept. I can find the normal 'wallpaper' folder as well as the 'camera roll' folder but not the ones for the extra albums.

I am pretty sure that the system's photo album(s) is in private/var/mobile/Media/DCIM/(107APPLE being where your screenshots and images saved off of the Safari Browser are), check around there if you haven't already :3
