I have a MacBook and I was wondering how I download from this site and get the themes and things I want on my Iphone. All help would be appriciated! Thanks

Not knowing your skill level makes it a bit tougher to answer your question. Briefly....
Download to computer, extract file. SSH into your phone.
Here's a guide to SSH it will explain the process.
