New Guy Needing Some Help

I have just purchased my new iPhone and I have already had the JB done to it. I am wondering if anyone might be able to make a custom a theme with any of these pictures I have included here. I am not picky at all, but thought someone may know how to get this done. I would greatly appreciate it.
