1. To install you are going to need two things. A Jailbroken iPhone/iPod and a 3rd party application called LogoMe (downloadable through Cydia).
2. Extract the contents of Zip, transfer the image(s) you want to use as your boot up logo.
3. Make sure you transfer the files into your camera roll.
4. Open up LogoMe on your device. Then just select the image. The device will reboot and your new Logo will be installed.
