Streaming Videos from PC to iPhone

Hey guys, I'm relatively new here (been a lurker for a while) and I'm having some trouble finding information on streaming videos from my home PC to my iPhone. I thought I had read about it somewhere before, but I cant seem to find anything on it anywhere! (Sorry if this post is in the wrong forum or is a repeat!!). Does anybody know if it is possible to stream some videos I have on my home PC to my iPhone? And if so, how to do it! Thanks for the help!
